Sharif Uddin Md. Hassan

Sharif Uddin Md. Hassan is a veteran Sales and Marketing person with over 20 years of practical experience of working both in field operations and at the strategic level. He served British American Tobacco, Bangladesh (BATB) for over 10 years and performed in various roles starting from Territory level up to national positions. He has been involved in pioneering a number of ‘best practice initiatives’ within BATB including channel development, training and development of Trade Marketing & Distribution team, implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, Trade Coverage Planning and implementation etc. During his long career Sharif has been involved in developing and running training programs for various levels of people in Bangladeshi organizations and in abroad.
A certified Management Consultant from Institute of Management Consultants, UK, Sharif has been engaged in major organization Development activities like Business Process Re-engineering, Supply Chain Management and Strategic Planning for various companies. He has worked for CRM company in United Kingdom for over 2 years as ‘Senior Consultant’ and acquired experience of working in various countries like UK, USA, Japan, Switzerland and Turkey.

Abul Fazal Mazba Uddin
Chief Operating Officer

Abul Fazal Mazba Uddin an experienced campaigner in sales and trade marketing. He Started his career in BATB. After serving BATB, Mazba joined Market Access Group as Trade Development Manager. In Market Access Group, Mazba is leading the team of Market Express and engage himself in different magnitude of works at national level. He worked with trade merchandising, trade loyalty programs, passive distribution models and training & development.
Mazba has successfully launched Partner Program (a trade loyalty program of BATB) which has become largest outsourcing trade loyalty program in the country. Succesful adaptations of NDSS project of British Americn Tobacco (Countries largest passive distribution model). He is the lead in launching Airtel, bKash, Marico and GSK merchandising.

Galib Bin Jasim

Galib Bin Jasim is a well-rounded Business Development professional with proven experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Project Management, Product and Customer Analytics.

In last 9+ years, apart from Market Express Limited, he has worked for blue-chip corporates like British American Tobacco Bangladesh Limited & Robi Axiata Limited.

Galib has done Executive MBA (Marketing Major) from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.

Mohammad Ariful Hoque

Mohammad Ariful Hoque, experienced in Retail Sales, B2B Sales, Distribution Planning, Channel Planning, Market Analysis, Demand Planning, Key Account Management, Retail Campaign Design, Shopper Marketing and Team  Management. Sound understanding about cross cultural environment and market dynamics.

In last 7+ years, apart from Market Express Limited, he has worked for blue-chip corporates like British American Tobacco Bangladesh & Denmark, Robi Axiata Limited and Banglalink.

Arif has done MSc in International Marketing from Newcastle University, UK.

Subrata Roy

Subrata Roy;  an experienced campaigner in sales & distribution, trade marketing and training & development. In his 10 years career, Subrata started his career in Unilever and then moved to Standard Chartered Bank (SCB). After serving SCB he joined Market Express (a concern of Market Access Group). During Market Express career he worked with Unilever, bKash, Airtel & GSK. He also worked as Field Operations Manager of NOKIA.

Subrata is the key driver of Market Express Capability Center (MXCC) from Market Express end. He closely works for MXCC’s concept development, product design, planning and implementation. He also works as a Trainer and Module Developer for different industry.

Subrata has done his BBA & MBA from Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.

Ariful Hoque
Distribution Development Manager

Ariful Hoque, a Marketing career professional which has a combine exposure of Trade marketing, Distribution & Sales for more than 7 years. He has demonstrated objective oriented trade coverage planning, Diversified channel management & FF performance management. He has had the orientation to planning & execution of distribution expansion, Sub Distributor appointment & Distributor consolidation while working in both FMCG and telecommunication industries.

Arif has started his career as Territory Officer of British American Tobacco in Chittagong region. Later, he has worked in airtel as Territory Manager in Dhaka South Zone. During his current role in Market Express, he has worked closely with Trade Operations team of BATB and contributed in up scaling PRISM platform.

Kayes Mahmud
Trade Development Manager

Kayes Mahmud, a professional TM&D person, who has the experience of working in various geographical locations of Bangladesh. While working as the Territory Officer of British American Tobacco Bangladesh for last 6 years, he has demonstrated the expertise in Distributor changeover management, Contingency planning for stock management & trade coverage planning.

Kayes has started his career as Territory Officer of British American Tobacco and worked in  CTG, Rajshahi & Dhaka region. Before joining Market Express, he worked as Retail Operations manager in Apex Footwear Limited.

Asif Omar is a professional of Sales & Distribution and Market Research field. Before joining Market Express, he has the experience of working in renowned FMCG companies like International Beverage Pvt. Limited & Philip Morris International. He played the role of Planning & Information specialist and Area Sales manager during his stint in PMI.

Prior to join Market Express, he has worked in Holcim Cement and bKash Ltd in Sales & Distribution. Abdullah has more than 5 years working experience in various organizations.

Rahibul Islam

Rahibul Islam has joined as Key Account Manager in Market Express in 2017. Before joining in this role, he worked as Territory Officer in British American Tobacco in Rajshahi region for more than 2 years. During his stint in BATB, he has acquired the experience of trade coverage planning, Distributor changeover & FF management.

Mahmodul Hasan Rone
Key Account Manager

Mahmodul Hasan Rone has joined Market Express Ltd. as Key Account Manager (PROGOTI) in March 2018. Before joining MEL, Rone worked as Territory Officer- Bogra 1 in British American Tobacco Bangladesh. He started his career in BATB in July 2014 as Territory Officer- Bandarban and left in February 2018. During his BATB stint, he acquired his excellence in Trade Marketing & Distribution working in two different region.

Wholesale (C&C) management was one of his key strength during his BATB stint and as KAM (PROGOTI) he is looking after overall C&C management of British American Tobacco Bangladesh.
